Phase One: Be Informed.
OneTorch has developed an Information EXCHANGE for all members (donors & residents) of the target community to share information that is compiled and organized to inform and educate.
Phase Two: Be Formed.
OneTorch leverages The Narrow Road™ Methodology to form effective groups capable of driving collective change in community
Phase Three: Be Transformed
OneTorch facilitates collectively identified rebuilding initiatives outlined by our residents and organizations.
With a collective voice, an in-depth understanding of the costs required and a facility to house cooperative businesses and returning residents the OneTorch New Orleans Collective will be in position to execute the successful return of our flame partners.
Our Progress
Since 2006 OneTorch has assisted over 1200 residents in their preparation to return home. We have worked with over 30 grassroots organizations in developing the capacity required to become key influencers in the rebuilding effort and partnered with various community resident groups, educating and organizing collectives centered around shared visions for a better New Orleans. The past five years have yielded a tremendous amount of insight, OneTorch looks forward to continued progress and impact in the years to come. Armed with the Narrow Road™ Methodology, an integrated educational and organizational program we are confident in sparking great change with our community partners and allies.
